Healthy Betta Fish Behavior

tiny white worms in 20 gal?

there are a bunch. i used to have them in my betta tank but there gone.
there are some in my freshwater tank. and there is no betta food. all my fish look healthy and there is no unusual behaviour. the white tiny worms just swim around, when i move the rocks alot come out. the water is around 76 degress. the light has been off for around a week because it broke and im still looking for a new one. there is also a filter that came with it.

It’s most likely planaria. Them little critters that you might have seen in school science class. These come about when there is an abundance of food in the rocks and water. Only way to get rid of them is to do series of water changes and clean the gravel with a siphon. I would not feed your fish for a couple of days. They’ll be fine. Just long enough you can get rid of the planaria.
