Filter circulating sand in my fish tank?
i have just put snd in my aquarium and noticed the the filter output nozzle is forcing the sand to circulate around in my aquarium.
The filter came with my tank and i already have it on the lowest setting. I am using a fluval 3 plus
is there any way i can get fast flowing water without the sand moving around my fish tank. I have tried moving the filter higher up away from the sand but it didnt work

If you angle the filter output towards the tank glass, it will totally divert the flow to the upper and middle levels of the tank and should prevent excessive movement of the sand…
