PLEASE HELP! My Fluval 304 filter is leaking from the sides!?
So my filter was completely fine and i decided to clean it out and replace the sponges and carbon etc .. and hooked it back up and it seemed to be fine but i woke up to my whole carpet flooded and there is this tiny little stream that is coming out of the side where you attach the lid… I cannot figure out what to do! I make sure it is sealed right and everything is in its right place but why would this happen just because i cleaned my filter ????
Something came loose. Is the o ring in tact? Are the hoses connected right? Is is cracked anywhere?
Most times the o ring just slipped or even fell out. You can get a replacement one if it is lost or broken.
