Discus Fish Sick
Discus Fish Sick
WHAT to do about my discus fishes ?

its staying on the gravel like it is sleeping on the gravel , i think it is sick . what to do..please please
tell me. my all discus are effected. my every discus is doing this .

Water parameters and temperature?

Water should be soft and a fairly low pH. Ammonia and Nitrite MUST be zero (tank fully cycled) and Nitrate should ideally be under 10ppm (lots of water changes). Temperature needs to be up around 80-85F

If any of those things are wrong, that will account for the Discus being stressed, and basically dying. Discus are quite sensitive to water conditions and you can’t “get away” with things like you can with more hardy fish.
