Discus Fish Foods
how do I feed my discus fish?!?

we’ve recently got a tropical discus fish and he’s very timid.
we’ve bought him some food blocks but all the other fish are starting to eat it!
he’s never going to get fed. what shall we do?

He doesn’t sound like he should be in the tank in the first place. They don’t do well with a tank full of boisterous fish, and do need very high water quality and warm water (above 80f) to do well for long. The food blocks are terrible and will quickly degrade water quality.

Regardless, try hand feeding him some frozen blood worms. Mine loves the stuff.
