Betta fish question: is it okay that I clean out my fish’s bowl once a week?
My dad thinks that cleaning it out and changing the water that often is bad for the fish
If it’s in a bowl with no filter, I would strongly suggest you clean it out and replace all of the water every 2-3 days. A small bowl with no filter will never properly cycle and therefore will never provide a stable ammonia free environment for the fish.
