Breeding Betta Fish Colors
Breeding Betta Fish Colors

how can i tell what color are male betta fish? and how can i breed?
ok, they are comlex to breed, but easy to sex! Males are much larger and more colorful, they can be almost any color! I own a purple and red male, a red and light blue male, and a dark blue and gold male! My friend has an orange male, and another one of my friends has a blue/purple/red male. So they can be almost any color, same with the females, and come in multiple tail types! And if you plan to breed, I say get a pair from a reputible breeder that are at a prime breeding age.

If you are a begginer at breeding fish I would say go with an easier fish to bred, like kribensis or dwarf gouramis.

Good luck with whatever fish you choose!
