Do i need a licence to breed discus fish in my garage, only 1 pair and i’ll sell my fry to the local shop, do i need one, and if so ( or not) can i have a link to a document to prove this,

No you don’t need a licence i Breed Angel fish and i don’t have a licence but mine is Vat registered and is a Business ,if you wanted to import fish then you would need a licence ..
Your doing this as a hobby i don’t have a link just been doing this for 9 years .
