Betta Fish Temperature Heater
Will I ever need a heater for my Betta fish?

I live in a hot part of Australia, the heat can get to 50 degrees Celsius in summer, currently my aquarium has the correct temperature but in winter when it gets to 15 degrees Celcius am I going to need one then?

I think I will but it’s always good to check.
It is currently 26.5 degrees C in the tank.

as long as the betta is in a heated home no, we have a betta in an aquarium it gets below freezing here and he does fine, the only thing they need to have is non clorinated water, thats why they reccommend bottled water, chlorine can kill a fish.
