Betta Fish Lethargic
Betta Fish Lethargic
Is my Betta fish dying he seems really lethargic?

I have had my betta fish for a while. Now he is very lethargic, and he kind of lays down at the bottom of the tank. PLEASE HELP! I love him a lot!!!

It’s perfectly normal.

Beta’s also breath air, and swim little to conserve it. If you would like to see more activity in your tank from the Beta try adding a bubble wand, or stone. Also:
If you want to see him come alive and to the top for food all the time, feed him live food. Well if you are OK with that. Try worms, or any baby fish smaller than him. Mines favorite are the tiny brine shrimp.. uhmmm remember Sea Monkeys… Yeh those. Best part is you can grow your own in a separate tank or bottle with holes in lid.
