Betta Fish Fungus Cure

Betta with a fin fungus?

My betta fish has a bit of a fungal problem going on. It shows up as a white/gray cotton-like substance on and hanging off of his fins.

Before anyone says it, it’s not columnaris; as he’s had this for nearly two months now, if it had been columnaris… he’d be long dead. I’m 100% sure it’s a fungus. He had a touch of fin rot before this showed up, the fin rot is gone, but this stuff is persistent.

I’ve tried:
-Pristine water
-Salt
-Heat
-Jungle Fungus Eliminator
-Quick Cure
-Tetracycline

I’m looking into using MarOxy, API Fungus Cure or maybe Tri-Sulfa next. What would be your recommendations for curing fungus?
Nope, no other fish in the tank. It’s just him in a 5-gallon, heated and filtered.

Yeah I think Bettas are bad for that. Are there any other fish in the Tank?? I know they are bad at nipping the fins off other fish (apparently Tetras anyway). I think we used Tri-Sulfa if I am not mistaken.. worked well but we’ve also used tetracycline and it work…
