How can i cure dropsy?
I have been noticing my betta fish was getting bigger…i did some research and found out that my betta fish had dropsy…now i’m trying to find out how to cure it…i’m really worried;i had that betta fish for a long time, so i don’t want it to die! Please help!!!!
only thing that I’ve had any luck with is epsom salt baths and pristine water.
I’d recommend changing his water everyday if he’s in a bowl, while you change it give him a salt bath. it needs to be epsom salt (table salt and aquarium salt will not help dropsy). about a tablespoon of epsom salt into a gallon of water, this will last you a little while if you preform the salt bath in something small.
good luck, but don’t expect miracles. dropsy is a VERY deadly disease.
