Betta Fish Bubble Nest Making
I want to mate my betta fish but My male betta is not making a bubble nest…?
iv asked other questions a someone told me about the water temp ….. So what should the temp be or is there some thing else i should be watching or doing?
water temp 74-78F
do regular water changes 30% water change every 4-5 days or 50% water change every week. make sure you give them good food (very important). least have 2 female and 1 male betta, this will help on breeding. make sure your water flow on the surface is not very fast. meaning the water moving around very fast on the surface. this could destroy her nest before she could even build it. its ok to have water moving on surface but not strong enough to destroy the nest, as when female lay eggs they collect them under that nest.
