Female Betta Fish Bubble Nest
if my male betta fish keeps making a bubble nest should i get a female to put with him?
i know that means they are happy and want to mate so should i put a female in there or just keep letting him build them and then just keep taking them out when i change the water?
No.
Just because he’s making a nest doesn’t mean he wants to spawn. This is a natural behavior and the fish just do it. Let him continue building them it’s all fine.
Breeding betta’s is a serious undertaking and one I would discourage because we already have WAY too many betta’s out there in pet stores.
